Payment and Price information
Gracious Girl accepts payments via two gateways: 1. Credit or Debit Cards via Secured SagePage on-site and 2. Paypal off-site. In both case you will be able to pay using Solo, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta/Connect and Mastercard. In the case of Paypal, there are additional ways you can pay. All transactions are charged when you click the “confirm and pay” button. In situations when we can not post the an item or the whole order to you for some valid reasons, the price you paid for the item or the whole order will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices of the items and the postage constitute the total amount of the order.
Special information for overseas customers
As all customers pay in Sterling Pounds, the price paid by the overseas customers in their currency will vary depending on the exchange rate offered by the Card companies. Besides the prices, foreign customers might be liable for a range of restrictions or duties imposed by their home country. Gracious Girl strive to present the colours and measurements of our products as accurately as possible. As the colours are dependent on your monitor and sizes are prone to human mistakes, they are to be treated as approximate only. Please see size guide for further information
When entering details, descriptions, prices of the products on our website, we take considerable care and diligence to record accurately. On rare occasions, mistakes are inevitable. We reserve the right to reject orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
Purchase Of Products
Gracious Girl confirm the completed order. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order mainly for three reasons: 1. Goods are not available - as there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. 2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment. 3. Error within the product information such as price or promotion details
